Return Policy
Laux Sporting Goods realizes that sometimes your purchase was not what you expected.
An original sales receipts dated within 14 days of purchase is required for exchanges and refunds. Our holiday return policy extends the grace period beginning November 1: Returns purchased on or after November 1st may be returned until January 1.
Returns and exchanges should be new, unused, and in the original packaging. Please include all accessories that came with the item. Please also include all tags.
Returns with the original receipt will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment.
Items returned without an original receipt will be issued a store credit in the amount of the lowest current selling price at the time of return.
Returns can be made at any of our retail locations or can be returned via mail, UPS, or FedEx at your expense. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Return shipping charges are not refunded. You will only receive a refund for the price of the merchandise and related sales tax.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 3-5 business days. Your actual receipt of the credit is dependent upon your credit card issuer's policy.
Unfortunately some items cannot be returned, such as undergarments and mouthguards. Any items returned that have any odor or are soiled in any way are deemed unacceptable for return. We reserve the right to refuse items for return.
Gift cards are not refundable.
